BOOKING APPLICATION DATES & REQUIREMENTS

Please contact us with your details of numbers in your group, and your preferred dates. Additionally if you require courses, please indicate your preferences. 

Affordable Luxury

We offer 3, 4 or 5 night Retreats to revitalise, have fun & do your own thing. We schedule our Retreats as 4 nights, if you require more or less nights, please send us an enquiry. Scheduled dates are reported in the News and Retreat dates page.

For 2018 there are all inclusive packages priced at £390 (3 nights), £495 (4 nights) and £615 (5 nights) per person.
Package includes all meals, accommodation, use of top class workshop and the clinic service if you want it.

BOOKING DETAILS FORM
As soon as dates are confirmed you will need to complete the booking form to gather the essential information and determine your detailed requirements. You can go to the booking form

Step 3

INVOICING AND PAYMENTS

Following receipt of the booking form we will issue an invoice for your group.

 

PAYMENTS – Ways to Pay:

Direct bank transfer – Payable to Quilt Retreat UK, (Sort Code & Account Number are on the invoice). Please enter the invoice number on the bank transfer.  It is most helpful if groups could appoint one organiser to combine funds from all their group members so that one payment can be sent on behalf of the whole group. If not possible then just pay individually remembering to enter the invoice number as reference.

Cheque – Payable to Quilt Retreat UK, Address to Bunts Barn (The Quilt Retreat) Top Road Hooe Battle East Sussex TN33 9EY. Please write the invoice number on the back of the cheque.
Debit / Credit Cards – We prefer bank transfers and will also accept debit cards. Credit cards payment will incur an additional £10 per person admin charge on each transaction. Please contact us to arrange to take details of debit or credit cards on the phone. For your security we use Worldpay who are a global leader in payments processing technology that enable us to accept a vast array of payment types from anywhere in the world. We do not accept American Express.
Cash – Contact management to make secure arrangement.

Deposits – We ask for a deposit of 50%. The remaining amount is payable 8 weeks before your retreat. We do not issue reminders for remaining balances. If you book within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday, we will need payment in full.
Deposit for Retreats over 12 months in advance – We ask for a £50 holding deposit then a remaining deposit to achieve 50% 16 weeks prior to the start of the retreat. The remaining amount is payable 8 weeks before your retreat. We do not issue reminders for remaining balances. If you book within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday, we will need payment in full. We will write to all Quilters via email 4 weeks prior to the start of your retreat to provide some further essential information.

Cancellations – Retreats may be cancelled if sufficient numbers are not booked, or there are bad weather conditions. Every effort will be made to re-schedule to the next convenient date. If no arrangement can be reached we will refund.

 

STEP 4

CONFIRMATION

When all deposits/balances are cleared and arrangements fully confirmed, we will issue confirmation and essential information via email for your retreat.
