Booking Details – Step 2

To provide you with the very best service it is important to provide advance guest information of all your group members.

For your convenience we have provided 3 alternative options to submit the information below but please read the notes here before completion of the form:

Using the “More information” box on the Booking details form:

A) We would like as much information as possible about any food preferences especially if any guests have medical or allergy issues to manage.

B) We sometimes provide dishes with spice, so please write in the box if you prefer mild, medium or hot.

C) Please advise if you have any mobility issues, so that room allocations are appropriate.

Room Preferences

In The Quilt Retreat barn we can sleep up to 10 people in 7 bedrooms with 6 en-suites.

3 bedrooms are suitable for 2 persons with single beds or combined for couples.

4 bedrooms are with single beds.

Note 2 of the 4 single rooms share a Jack & Jill style en-suite bathroom, with direct access from each bedroom.

Subject to availability we have additionally 2 twin rooms with en-suites and a bedroom with a single bed adjacent to a family bathroom. These additional rooms are allocated to guests who are comfortable with using stairs.

email – please ensure that an email address is provided for all Retreat members. Future communications will be sent on email. In the event that there is no email we will use regular post.

2) Download the document and complete the details for each of your group members, then save the file and send it to us attached to an email addressed to info@quiltretreatuk.co.uk OR
