PRICES – Quilting Individuals, Small & Larger Groups
Group size – we can accommodate up to 10 people. All guest numbers subject to regulations during Pandemic – contact us for updates.
We are pleased to welcome individual quilters, small & larger groups. The Quilt Retreat provides an excellent opportunity to meet other quilters in a relaxed & friendly atmosphere. To run a retreat we aim to book a minimum of 8 Quilters.
Affordable Luxury – We offer 4 or 5 night Retreats to revitalise, have fun & do your own thing.
We schedule our Retreats as 4 nights, if you require more or less nights, please send us an enquiry.

Prices from 2025 – All inclusive packages
Rates for Single Room per person: 4 Nights £700, 5 Nights £875
Rates for 2 sharing Twin Rooms per person: 4 Nights £630, 5 Nights £800
Twin Sharing Rooms are Rooms 1, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 9. These can be booked as single or twin, subject to availability.
Our 4 night retreat is just £175 per night, outstanding value for an all-inclusive luxury experience. Package includes all delicious meals, accommodation, use of top class workshop and the clinic service if you want it.
We operate under the current VAT turnover threshold, Prices may change if the government change the rules.
The majority of retreaters book to do their own thing (completing UFO’s, starting new projects, getting inspired).
Customised Courses can be made available for groups at extra charge, typically a day course from 10am to 4pm for an additional £350 for the whole retreat group. A group of 10 persons therefore would be £35 each. We do not run courses for an individual, however there is a clinic service for guests requiring some guidance and inspiration.
We offer a luxurious barn conversion, in a beautiful rural setting, close to the sea. There are high quality beds, sleeping up to 10 people in 7 bedrooms with en-suites. Plus an additional 3 rooms to add flexibility.

Arrival day – we are expecting you from around 2pm. If it works out better for you to arrive earlier, just call and check with us. Tea & Scrumptious Cakes are served at 3pm, Dinner is served around 630pm.
Every Day – Workshop open 24 hours, Sew, Eat, Sleep – Do your own thing.
In The Quilt Retreat barn we can sleep up to 10 people in 7 bedrooms with 6 en-suites. 3 bedrooms are suitable for 2 persons with single beds or combined for couples. 4 bedrooms are with single beds. Note 2 of the 4 single rooms share a Jack & Jill style bathroom, with direct access from each bedroom. Subject to availability we have additionally 2 rooms with en-suites and a bedroom with a single bed adjacent to a family bathroom. The additional rooms are allocated to guests who are comfortable with using stairs.
