Planning your visit – The Quilt Retreat Dates
★ Do you find it a challenge to get your group members to decide on dates for your Retreats?
Please contact us first to provide you with a list of options. We do not list dates on the website, they are constantly changing, with many groups booking many months in advance.
★ Are your preferred dates fully booked?
Please ask we may be able to help. Occasionally there are cancellations. We may also be able to add an extra retreat. Email info@quiltretreatuk.co.uk or call 01424 893909 or 07770 347823
★ Do you want to add a course to these dates?
We do not offer courses for individuals, however we do have a clinic service to provide guidance and inspiration.
We can offer courses for groups. Tell us what courses you want to do, then we will help make it happen. Or book your own tutor to teach while you are on Retreat.
2025 is now fully booked, however please enquire to get on the list in the event of cancellations.
Affordable Luxury
We offer 4 or 5 night Retreats to revitalise, have fun & do your own thing. We schedule our Retreats as 4 nights, if you require more or less nights, please send us an enquiry.
Prices from 2026 – All inclusive packages
Rates for Single Room per person: 4 Nights £740, 5 Nights £925
Rates for 2 sharing Twin Rooms per person: 4 Nights £660, 5 Nights £825
Twin Sharing Rooms are Rooms 1, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 9. These can be booked as single or twin, subject to availability.
Package includes all meals, accommodation, use of top class workshop and the clinic service if you want it. All for just £185 per night.
We operate under the current VAT turnover threshold, Prices may change if the government change the rules.
We offer a luxurious barn conversion, in a beautiful rural setting, close-the sea. There are high quality beds, sleeping up-10 people in 7 bedrooms with en-suites. In addition to the 7 bedrooms in The Quilt Retreat Barn, we also have 3 further options. (Subject to availability). These additional rooms are suitable for persons comfortable with handling stairs.

Several groups have made enquiries about combining their retreat time working on UFO’s & new projects with a day or so devoted to a course.
★ Food for thought – Consider finding your own preferred tutor and engaging them directly to attend The Quilt Retreat to deliver the training.

YOUR RETREAT IMPORTANT NOTICE
Pansy Parade Quilt made at The Quilt Retreat Raises a Magnificent £5,006 for Target Ovarian Cancer. The Quilt Retreat helped Sew n Sews Quilting Group of Eynsford, with their fundraising campaign for Target Ovarian Cancer. Julie provided a design from one of her creations called Pansy Parade, which was then made by the group at The Quilt Retreat, Julie used her longarm machine to finish. The Quilt Retreat also sold some raffle tickets and made donations.

The Quilt Retreat Chill Out Cabin
The Quilt Retreat has a Chill Out Cabin. It is constructed from logs and is set in our woodlands, looking out over the beautiful Sussex Hills down to Waller’s Haven, the residence of many bird species. Now with socially distanced sofas for your comfort & safety. Ideal for those seeking to meditate and reflect, or just to relax with Cocktails or Glass of Wine.
